Contractors and Visitors without an ASIC require a Visitor Identification Card (VIC) for access to the Airside at Hervey Bay Airport.

Only persons with an Operational Need to access the Secure Airside should utilise this facility.

For all non HBA based and Non ATO Aircraft

Please send all requests to airport@frasercoast.qld.gov.au a minimum of 48 hours prior to intended operations. Parking will not be available, without prior approval from HBA.

• This form is for use by all non ATO aircraft, without a local parking allocation.
• Refer to ERSA and NOTAMs for current Operational Information for HBA.
